Couple in the gardens of Cloughjordan House

Irish Wedding at Cloughjordan House

Clo & Flo celebrated their wedding at Cloughjordan House, a stunning 800-year-old French-style manor in the lush countryside of Tipperary, Ireland. What a venue, full of character and warmth.

We spent two nights at Cloughjordan House, kicking things off with a relaxed welcome dinner the evening before the wedding, where everyone had the chance to get to know each other.

The morning of the wedding started off cloudy, but the atmosphere was laid-back as everyone got ready. Laughter echoed through the house. Some guests wandered through the tiny village, while others explored the lush green grounds surrounding Cloughjordan House.

The ceremony in the Woodshed, a beautifully converted barn, was deeply personal and heartfelt. With spiritual elements woven in, it felt so them. From there, the whole day unfolded effortlessly. And then, as if on cue, the warm August sun broke through, turning the sky bright blue (yes, in Ireland!). Drinks in the garden, outdoor games, and a band playing Irish tunes made it all feel perfect. Incredible food straight from the gardens, emotional speeches, shared tears and laughter, and some sick moves on the dance floor.

Oh, and can you spot the cute little leek?
