Carola and Hanno's civil wedding in Hamburg was a small, intimate gathering with their closest crew of friends and family. The ceremony was held at Stavenhagenhaus, a small historical building in Hamburg Nord with a rustic and baroque vibe. Sadly, a pandemic was still around, so everybody had to wear masks during the ceremony. After the 'I do's,' we shifted to a nearby park for a laid-back reception. Picture this: good food, good company, and a green setting all around – a perfect combo. The coolest part? The 'sparkle-bike' with wine bottles labeled with a photo from their engagement shoot, that we did the year before. What a nice personal touch!
Then, off to Oberhafenkantine for dinner, where urban meets cozy. Inbetween we headed to Speicherstadt to take some Couple Photos in the same spot as their engagement photos. In the end, it wasn't about the fancy stuff and I can't get enough of those laid back weddings. It was about Carola, Hanno, and their closest people having a heck of a time together. It was a day filled with love, laughter, and good company.
