What an incredible day! It was a stroke of luck that Lina and Timm happened to be in Mallorca at the same time as us. We had discovered this beforehand through Instagram and made plans to meet up. This serendipity occurred on our last day, coinciding with their first day on the island. They came straight from the airport and hopped into our car in a Lidl parking lot. Together, we made our way to the stunning Torrent de Pareis gorge.

The gorge itself was truly magnificent! Although the midday sun was scorching and shaded areas were scarce, it added an element of challenge. We ventured through the gorge, even assisting an elderly lady onto a rock so her husband could capture a photograph. We capped off our excursion with ice cream at the charming ferry port. Later, we retraced our route and paused once more at the Mirador de Sa Calobra viewpoint. Eventually, we bid our farewells, but what endured was the wonderful time we shared and a trove of captured moments.
